The room and the service were excellent. Arrived hotel late night and there were no utensils for cooking in the kitchen inside the room. But the stuff arranged Induction stove and utinsils for when we told them that we want to cook food in the room. They arranged ticket for Bana hills and transportation also. The room view is excellent. Very much satisfied.

The staff was very kind and they prepared our room with balloons and flowers because it was our honeymoon! Very nice and clean hotel. Value for money I would say.

Very nice view from the rooftop, although the bar not functional but you can still get there and enjoy the nice view over the river and all the lights.. clean, and good room for an excellent price compared to other hotels around

Overall, we had a lovely time at Lavender Riverside Hotel. The room was very spacious and had lots of drawers and hanging space, and excellent wi-fi and air-conditioning. It also had magnificent views of the river with the Dragon Bridge to the left and the Sun Wheel to the right. Buffet breakfast was plentiful, had a great variety of food, and offered different, very tasty dishes every day. They also had a chef cooking eggs of your choice and different pho every morning. The thing we were most impressed with was the friendly, welcoming staff at reception, always offering their help in every which way possible. We would especially like to thank Bao, Duen and Sala who offered us lots of advice, information and helped book some of our tours at cheaper prices than we could find anywhere else. Would highly recommend this hotel!

The location is excellent. You can take a car, bike or even walk to the beach and around the area. The night view is great. From my room I could see the 2 ferris wheels, the bridges and the shops by the river. I need to give a shout out to the ladies and gentlemen at the reception. They gave me tips on where to eat and even helped with ordering online. They are very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful and yet affordable hotel. The location is very good. We especially like that it is a walking distance to Jollibee. The room was clean, spacious and our room has a wide window overlooking the river. Staffs were helpful and accommodating. They are always ready to lend a hand or to give a smile to every guest. I will stay in this hotel the next time we will travel to Danang.

Location can see the dragon bridge from our window and roof top. Staff Thi was very helpful spoke English and made our stay more pleasant.

The staff, especially Sala and Bao, were incredibly helpful, providing personalized tips for dining, shopping, and tours. The hotel is ideally situated, surrounded by excellent restaurants and shopping opportunities. Its proximity to both the airport and city center made our exploration of the area both convenient and enjoyable. Additionally, the rooftop offered a stunning view over the city.
