The room and the service were excellent. Arrived hotel late night and there were no utensils for cooking in the kitchen inside the room. But the stuff arranged Induction stove and utinsils for when we told them that we want to cook food in the room. They arranged ticket for Bana hills and transportation also. The room view is excellent. Very much satisfied.

The staff was very kind and they prepared our room with balloons and flowers because it was our honeymoon! Very nice and clean hotel. Value for money I would say.

Very nice view from the rooftop, although the bar not functional but you can still get there and enjoy the nice view over the river and all the lights.. clean, and good room for an excellent price compared to other hotels around

The location is excellent. You can take a car, bike or even walk to the beach and around the area. The night view is great. From my room I could see the 2 ferris wheels, the bridges and the shops by the river. I need to give a shout out to the ladies and gentlemen at the reception. They gave me tips on where to eat and even helped with ordering online. They are very friendly and helpful.

Location can see the dragon bridge from our window and roof top. Staff Thi was very helpful spoke English and made our stay more pleasant.

Our stay was highlighted by the hotel's exceptional service and prime location. The staff, especially Sala and Bao, were incredibly helpful, providing personalized tips for dining, shopping, and tours. Their warm greetings and friendly chats added a special touch to our visit, making us feel truly welcome. The hotel is ideally situated, surrounded by excellent restaurants and shopping opportunities. Its proximity to both the airport and city center made our exploration of the area both convenient and enjoyable. Additionally, the rooftop offered a stunning view over the city. The location was excellent, overlooking the dragon bridge to the left and the Ferris wheel on the right. We were able to watch activities on river with incredible night views. The room was great value, clean and comfortable, included breakfast was fantastic with lots of variety of dishes to choose from. Staff were very friendly and helpful

I really appreciated how well-organized the suite was. It had two bedrooms, a common space, and a kitchen with a dining area, which was perfect. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were very helpful throughout my stay.
